About Us
History:
Positron Emission Tomography (PET) has been used in research for well over 25 years, but it was only in the late 1990’s that PET began to be used routinely in a clinical setting. neo•pet was founded to offer this technology to medical practitioners and help them understand how helpful PET could be to their patients. In the early years PET was new to many clinicians and so neo•pet invested significant efforts in educating physicians about the possibilities of PET in their practices. Even today as the use of PET has grown, neo•pet remains committed to providing on-going assistance to physicians so they can maximize the potential of PET and PET/CT.
As PET has grown, so has neo•pet. From our initial location in Cleveland, Ohio, neo•pet now operates throughout the Midwest and Northeastern United States. Starting with a single mobile PET trailer, neo•pet now operates a fleet of mobile PET and PET/CT trailers as well as several fixed imaging centers. Our focus on PET and our flexibility to grow with our clients has helped several of our clients grow from providing PET once per week to fixed sites.

NMICS National Medical Imaging, LLC develops web based integrated communication systems. ICS is the result of five years of ongoing development in collaboration with physicians, medical service providers and hospitals. ICS streamlines your practice by reducing inefficient and costly activities; increasing employee productivity and thereby increasing revenues as well as decreasing hassles. Practices can now provide the high quality communication and support to referring colleagues and patients that we all would like and expect from health care institutions. The system is completely compliant with medical practice requirements as we believe they will emerge over the next five years. We will keep you on the leading edge for the next decade and beyond.
3D Imaging is a clinical research company dedicated to the development and use of positron emitting radiolabeled drugs and radiopharmaceuticals for investigation of drug action and kinetics with PET. 3D Imaging offers contract research to the pharmaceutical industry for evaluation and development of new drugs and drug formulations. It is especially active in the evaluation of inhaled dosage forms using PET. In addition neo•pet, in conjunction with 3D Imaging, will participate in Independent Review Board (IRB) qualified clinical studies with client institutions.
